First congratulations on the website, the idea has been in my mind for a long time, but didn't have the time to plan and implement such a solution..
Anyway, From Usability point of view, why there is English UK and English US ? people will be confused to post in either languages.. It should either be English ( for all ) , or English UK/English US/ English ( General ) so posters/freelancers could specify what they really want/know ..
Same issue is with Arabic, Arabic ( EG/SA ) is quite the same, why differentiate both ?
This is only suggestion to improve user experience with the site..

Currently both language variations are available because they are needed for transcription jobs. We have realized that it should be implemented in a different way - its on our todo-list :)
